A few short months ago and even only weeks ago fear dominated the minds of many that follow the market. That fear of loss has now been replaced by the fear of missing out, as traders chase prices up, making higher bids on stocks because they wish they had  bought earlier. Do you emotionally indentify with what I just wrote? Then dont feel "bad" because you are normal!

 Fear of the outcome when trading is the biggest mental challenge we all endure. Shutting down and attempting to control those emotions doesn't work, it just creates a time delay for the emotional bomb to manifest itself later, normally in a very unhealthy and unhelpful way. My opinion from my Zen training is the answer lies in learning to be aware of your feelings, so you can manage them more productively. I will be expanding on mindset and Zen in trading at my upcoming lecture in Sydney on Monday the 18th February. The link below provides details of what, where and when.

Peters Portfolio has some changes. The system focuses on the small to mid cap stocks and it took a while for the mid cap sector to produce a buy signal. Some stocks have been added to the portfolio and you can look at that here on the link below. I normally don't post the changes till the end of week but considering the strong market I thought followers my be keen to look what has been added.  Charts have also been updated.
