Nasdaq 20,000?
It's been quite some time since a news letter. Recently I received an email from a regular reader asking if I was still around - and had I gone broke? I am pleased to say I have not gone broke and have been busy completing my long awaited book. No one has been waiting more than I to see it finished! Unfortunately I still don't have a final publish date but surely it won't be far off (friendly note to publisher).
A year ago (Sept 2020) I wrote a newsletter suggesting the Nasdaq could reach 20,000 by 2022. Well it might happen soon. I suggest if that was to be this year, it may depend on the markets having a blow off event as they did in the Tech boom during the late 1990's/2000. Then again, the market may just grind its way up there - but knowing markets as we do perhaps it is more likely something dynamic will happen.
To expand on that interesting topic and attempt to find some probability of what may unfold, I will be presenting an online seminar with the Melbourne ATAA on the 11th November.
